Shipping
We ship to all United States addresses, as well as Canada and Europe. Because we know how fun it can be to open a package, we carefully wrap each order with colorful tissue and a few sweet surprises.
In addition to shipping web orders, we ship orders that are placed in our store. Bring your out-of-town guests in to order a custom bag, and we'll send their custom order to them once it complete.
Please note: Non-domestic orders may be subject to customs rates that will be charged by your home customs office.

Store pick-up - Free!
We'll send you an email when your order is ready, and you can pick it up in our Seattle store. Normal lead times apply (2-4 weeks).
United States Priority Mail
We'll ship your order once it is complete. Send your items to you or a gift recipient. Priority Mail is reliable and fast. Normal lead times apply (2-4 weeks).
Customer guarantee
All Laura Bee Designs products are guaranteed to be free of defects. Some fabrics have natural variations which are an integral part of the texture. Such variations are not considered to be defects.
We return all photos and images sent to us for our photo products. When you send your image to us, we suggest that you insure it as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit by the United States Postal Service.
Return policy
We take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the custom nature of our work, we cannot accept returns, except under the following circumstances.
Received the wrong item? If what you received is not what you ordered, we will send you the correct products, or we can issue you a refund when you return the incorrect item. We will incur any additional shipping costs.
Received a defective item? We will repair the item and/or replace it promptly. We will incur any additional shipping costs.

Payment options
We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard through our website shopping cart. We also accept money orders, Paypal and personal checks for mail order transactions. If would rather order and pay over the phone, just give us a call during business hours at (206) 789-4044.
When you order using our shopping cart, your card is not charged until your order ships. Our credit card company simply holds the amount due, and charges your card when we send out your order.
